We recently had the pleasure of staying at Robin’s Nest (my second stay here) and I cannot

recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrive we immediately begin to relax in

the calm setting.

The home itself is well designed and every room is immaculately clean, making it feel like a

true home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with

ease, and the living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The location is another standout feature. Sitting on the border of Dorset and the New Forest,

it’s a great base with easy access to local attractions and activities including Mudeford,

Ringwood, Christchurch and the beautiful New Forest National Park. Whether we were

hiking, visiting nearby towns, or simply enjoying the serene environment, we always had

something to do. The outdoor space is also lovely and we loved spending our mornings

sipping coffee on the decking, surrounded by birdsong coming from the adjacent woodland.

One of the great aspects of renting Robins Nest is the great communication from Karen and

Steve. They are incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions, and provided a

very welcome packet of biscuits and milk in the fridge Their attention to detail and genuine

care for their guests truly set this holiday home apart.

Our stay at Robin’s Next was excellent. It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking to

escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy some quality time in a peaceful setting,

but with plenty to keep you occupied. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful

memories!

Just like to say what an amazing 3 days we have had, such a cosy and homely place , even able to order roast dinner to be brought to the caravan.It was so needed, a place to completely unwind and relax.

Thank you so much Karen and Steve for letting us stay in Robin's Nest. We have loved every moment being here. The sun was out all week and the mobile home provided a cosy atmosphere when coming back from our long days out.We will definitely be back to make more memories in the future.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay. The caravan is well equipped for anything you might need and great communication. We highly recommend families visit Avon beach and Paultons Park. Children enjoyed finding crabs and shells.

Paultons park was fantastic for big and small. Lovely grounds and gardens with aides for All!! Thank you so much! Would love to come again...

We have absolutely loved staying in Robin's Nest. The surroundings and nature are

so relaxing and beautiful. The caravan is cozy and clean.

We have loved exploring Dorset and we will definitely be back because there is still so much to see.

What a fab few days we have had here! Great place for adults and kids (if you can get them off the Xbox). On site facilities were great,lots of measures in place to keep everyone safe.

Lots to do around and about. Crabbing at Mudeford was a favourite , also had a great time at Moors Valley Country Park looking for the Gruffalo!

A visit to the fudge shop in Burley is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth. Hoping to visit again next year

We were the first guests to stay here! Highly recommend the Sunday carvery (arrive hungry). The beaches at Mudeford, Christchurch and Barton on Sea are lovely. If you fancy a cake , coffee or something more substantial, try the Beachcomber Cafe in Barton on Sea

We have a great time at the caravan. Lovely place. Very tidy caravan, well equipped. Xbox was a big hit with the kids and the adults.

Weather was not great, we got 2 days sun but made the best of being in such a lovely place. Thanks to Dennis for being on hand for any issues, He is a star!

We stayed at Robin's Nest a few weeks ago following a really bad week at work. By the time we left, all stresses had disappeared. It's a lovely caravan with everything you need and it is in a quieter part of Oakdene. Having the decking area added something extra as I love sitting outside having a coffee first thing in the morning. I loved it so much I bought myself a caravan.

We have had a fantastic bank holiday weekend. The weather was fabulous and the kids enjoyed the on-site facilities.

What a lovely weekend we both had!!

Weather was beautiful, so sitting outside watching the sun set with a couple of cocktails was lovely. Definitely recommend getting breakfast delivered. Pancakes and English breakfast was delish!!

Beds were super comfy, had a good nights sleep.

Caravan had so many little decorations giving the van's interior a homely welcoming feeling. The forest is close by, very peaceful and theraputic for an afternoon walk.

Robin's Nest is much more than we thought

Lovely caravan and spotlessly clean. Every amenity was catered for so can have a nice quiet night in or venture into the main centre for entertainment. The kids absolutely loved it. The area around has so much to offer as well.

Karen was a great host!! Already booked up for another trip as it was so nice.

Wonderful stay , great service, beautiful location. We will definitely be back.

Well what a lovely stay at 29 Poppy!! Clean and homely with lovely added extras including a Christmas tree, a card and a gift!! Karen and Steve were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Thanks so much, we cannot wait to return.

Super Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Robin's Nest Leisure. It was our first visit to a park holiday home. The accommodation was very welcoming and comfortable and cosy. We loved that Karen and Steve made us feel so welcome with a little Christmas gift waiting for us and small touches to make us feel right at home. Will definitely recommend this type of holiday to any family with young children.

Robin's Nest was the perfect accommodation for us and our small dog Dennis to enjoy a sunny walk along the beach in Bournemouth, visit family in Southampton before Christmas and go to Go Ape with so many places to visit!

My daughter's husband loved the escape rooms and am sure we would have enjoyed the entertainment! The accommodation was beautifully clean and loved the Christmas decorations whilst we enjoyed watching films at night.

We had an excellent time at Robin's Nest Leisure. Karen & Steve were very helpful all the way through booking to checking out. Everything was as said within the booking details and the accommodation was very clean and welcoming. We were lucky enough to be able to check in early as the accommodation was ready and i received a text to say we could go in early if needed. After checking in, Karen & Steve sent a courtest text to make sure we were happy and everything was ok. We thought ths was great service. The bed was comfortable! The resort itself is very small. There was a main complex building which has a restaurant (the food was brilliant) and a bar and evening function room with a stage for entertainment. A small swimming pool and gym and an arcade. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were right on the edge of the forest which was handy as we took a stroll and explored. We will book to come back again for sure.

We enjoyed the walks in the woods and my son enjoyed the arcade and the golf.

We had a great time at Moors Valley Country Park, just 15 minutes away. It had a Go Ape and a Superworm trail.

What a great caravan in a brilliant location! Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The site is well maintained and has good facilities and activities. We explored a lot of Dorset which is very beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful few days staying at Robin's Nest . What a great base for exploring Dorset (which we have fallen in love with). Karen and Steve have been super-helpful and always very quick to get back to me. Will be highly recommending to family and friends!

Cannot thank the Robin's Nest enough. Beautiful caravan, everything was perfect . Steve and Karen were fantastic hosts. Little added extras were lovely!

The park itself was brilliant for all the family, with lots of fun things for our daughter to get involved in and the night entertainment was brilliant.

Close by we had fun out and about as well. Moor Valley Park where we cycled around the woods.

Adventure Wonderland had great rides for kids with an aviation museum right next door to watch planes land and take off.

Would highly recommend and will most definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay, nice and clean with everything we needed. Great communications from Karen. The location within the park, tucked away, is perfect. Lovely forest on site to walk our little dog in and close to the New Forest for longer countryside walks with ponies, donkeys, deer and cows. Also, not far from the coast for a day/morning/afternoon at the beach.

We stayed in robins nest at Oakdene forest park for our daughters first birthday and had the most wonderful time! we were greeted by not only a super clean and well equipped Caravan but also a card and present for our baby, this was such a lovely, thoughtful touch and started our holiday off with a smile. As I mentioned the caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need, the beds were also extremely comfortable and the caravan was in a great location, we felt so at home during our stay. We would also like to mention how incredible the whole entertainment team were, again making our daughters first birthday extra special. She loved the kids disco and especially loved Cyril and Cybil the squirrels. Oakdene forest park has great amenities, we used the indoor and outdoor swimming pool everyday which was always clean and ate on site most days too, which was lovely and great value, staff were always helpful and greeted us with a smile. We had the absolute best week and we will be back for sure!

The caravan was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and good shower. The PS3 gaming machine was just brilliant for our 10 year old grandson. Lots of DVD's to use. TVs in both bedrooms. Very good communication with Karen regarding checking in etc. prompt response. Site was very clean, grandsons loved the swimming pool complex. Situated in a quiet part of the park. Never stayed in the New Forest before, but loads to do, beaches only 25 minutes away and lots of Country Parks (free admission). If holidaying in that area again would definitely use Robins Nest.

Beds comfy, lovely sofas, very clean and tidy.

The outside is really nice too - plenty of space to eat outside.

We, in fact were two friends with our 7yr and 14 year old son’s. We arrived at Robin’s Nest to find a beautiful clean, comfortable place to stay. It 100% suited all our needs. We also had one small and one medium dog with us. We swam in the pool, walked in Hurn Forest. We spent the day @ the Bournemouth Air Festival and every evening sat on the terrace listen to background music whilst enjoying some lovely wine from the Lidl down the road. Superb place and holiday. What a lovely caravan set in a lovely location.

We stayed in the caravan from the 15th July to the 22nd July, we couldn't have asked for a better week (the weather was stunning). We spent every day at the outdoor swimming pool with the kids (lots of sun screen, water and fun). The caravan would get quite warm in the daytime, but cool down in the evening. After a busy day at the pool, or excursions we would head down to the club house in the evening for a spot of Bingo and kids entertainment, then come home to the caravan to sit out in the evening drinking tea, before the kids headed off to bed.

We can't wait to come back!!

Really lovely Caravan, it had everything you need and a nice quiet location. Travelled with 5 and 7 year old and they slept really well - plenty of space and very comfortable. Park is great for the kids, swimming pools, entertainment, activities all great and only 10min drive into the new forest and local towns Thank you- we will return as had a lovely

Caravan was fantastically clean on arrival and perfectly located for travels through the New Forest, Bournemouth and Isle of Wight. Booking process was simple and all info arrived via email as promised. Highly recommend.

Best caravan I have stayed in , didn’t use facilities on site much as had dog with us but they looked very good and site was spotless well maintained. The caravan was well equipped and cleaned to high standard lots of extras and very well priced .

Good Communication with Karen with clear details of access to caravan and passes to facilities , will certainly be looking to book in future .

We had such a lovely relaxing time at Oakdene and really enjoyed the caravan and was so impressed at how lovely it was, it felt like home from home . Had everything you needed and was in such a lovely position. The owner Karen could not have been any more helpful, we loved it so much we are looking at buying our own at Oakdene.

Can't recommend Robin's Nest Leisure any higher. Spotless holiday home, great facilities, owners a joy to deal with, I stayed 1st and 2nd October and will 100% be back. Deposit returned swiftly. Nothing was too much trouble,

We arrived to find a very clean , well equipped, and lovely and warm (as the weather had turned chilly ) unit . The site caters for every need and is well cared for . The owners Karen & Steve were very helpful and assured us they were available to contact if we had any difficulties . Our unit number 29 Poppy is situated in a very quiet corner and very close to lovely walks for dogs . We would have no problem in recommending all this to friends & family

Robin's Nest is an absolutely fantastic caravan to stay in. I have stayed in many caravans but this one has just little touches that make it feel like home as soon as you walk in. The sofas are the most comfortable we have experienced for a long time. The owner got back to me in a very timely manner and was there to answer any questions I had. They were extremely comfortable and accommodating

TThis is our 3rd time staying at Robins Nest. It’s a perfect get away. Karen and Steve were great hosts before, during and after. Really clean and comfy caravan, everything you need is in there. Nice and cosy too.

Lovely park and setting. Great walks and fun entertainment. Plenty of stuff for the kids too!! Book it up as it’s very, very popular.
